1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Sparkrevise, an online revision platform for electrical apprentices, provided by Sparkrevise Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sparkrevise.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should only use Sparkrevise with the involvement of a parent, guardian, employer or training provider.

3. Acceptable use

When using Sparkrevise you agree not to:

• Share your account with anyone else, or use another person's account.
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our revision content, questions or courses.
• Upload anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data.

4. Educational content

Our content is designed to support your learning and revision. It is provided for general educational purposes and is not professional, electrical or safety advice.

We work hard to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that content is free of errors, nor can we guarantee any particular exam, assessment or qualification result.

Always follow your training provider's guidance, current regulations and safe working practices on site.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features, including the Bolt AI tutor, require a paid subscription. Where a free trial is offered, the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase. Refunds are provided where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Sparkrevise — including text, questions, explanations, illustrations, videos, branding and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sparkrevise for your own learning. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sparkrevise available at all times, but we may need to carry out maintenance or make changes to features. We may add, change or remove parts of the service as it develops.

If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will let you know before they take effect.

8. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity arising from your use of Sparkrevise.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your access

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
